Founder of Always Love and Lead joins the four-day national tour to present sessions on family-centered, accountability-based leadership.
DETROIT, MI – Greg Matthews, founder of the leadership organization Always Love and Lead (A.L.L.), has been selected to speak at the Shawn Fair Leadership Experience Tour, a four-day leadership event taking place August 6–9, 2026. The tour features speakers in leadership, personal development, and community work, and Matthews will present sessions drawn from his organization’s focus on leadership that begins at home.
The Shawn Fair Leadership Experience Tour brings together speakers and attendees that include business managers, educators, military service members, and community organizers. Across its four days, the event presents talks and sessions on leadership and personal development. Matthews’ selection adds a program focused on personal accountability and family leadership to the tour’s lineup, an emphasis he has built his organization around since founding it.
Matthews is a speaker, podcast host, and U.S. military veteran. He founded Always Love and Lead based on the idea that leadership starts within the home and extends outward to schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods. The organization works with couples, young men, families, schools, military communities, and organizations seeking to strengthen their internal culture.
“I didn’t want to just exist, I wanted to lead my family well,” Matthews said. “Not only with authority, but with love, consistency, and intention. That is where Always Love and Lead began.”
About the Organization’s Programs
Always Love and Lead operates four program areas. The Forever-Us Couples Experience combines monthly virtual sessions with in-person retreats, including a retreat held in South Africa, for couples who are dating, engaged, or married; the sessions focus on communication and connection. The Young Men Leadership Workshops are delivered in schools, youth organizations, and community programs for participants ages 15 and older, and cover purpose, discipline, healthy boundaries, and identity. The Speaking Series provides keynote presentations for schools, military groups, and conferences, where Matthews presents leadership as a matter of ownership and responsibility rather than position or authority. The Family and Fatherhood Development Programs focus on helping men lead within their households, which Matthews describes as the starting point for stronger schools, neighborhoods, and workplaces.
Plans Following the Tour
Matthews has stated that he plans to expand Always Love and Lead over the next five years through additional couples’ retreats, expanded programming in schools and on military bases, and digital sessions intended to reach participants on a regular basis rather than only at one-time events. He has said the measure he tracks is not audience size but outcomes such as stronger families and healthier relationships, and he describes the tour as a step toward that goal.
“Always Love and Lead is about helping people, especially men and couples, move from simply getting by to leading with purpose,” Matthews said. “Through direct conversations, structured programs, and community, we are creating spaces where people can make real changes.”
